Your role at Dynatrace The Director, Executive & Equity Compensation is responsible for designing and executing executive rewards programs and policies to attract, retain, and engage leadership talent. This role includes leading analysis and material development for the Compensation Committee, Proxy, and other governance topics. Additionally, the role oversees the execution and administration of global equity compensation programs and manages an analyst supporting stock administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Stay updated on executive compensation trends and recommend changes to compensation structures, base pay, incentives, and equity award guidelines. Prepare proxy-related materials, including draft tables and CD&A for the Proxy Statement. Lead benchmarking and analytics for Executive Short Term and Long-Term incentive plans. Develop and socialize compensation committee materials. Support the design of the equity compensation plan and manage the annual equity budget. Review plan documents considering regulatory changes, collaborating with internal counsel, finance, and tax teams. Manage stock compensation administration, including tracking awards, vesting, and payouts. Ensure accurate stock compensation data and timely reporting for financial, tax, and regulatory purposes. Monitor equity plan utilization, share pool management, and dilution to align with shareholder interests. Partner on filings such as Form 4s. This role is hybrid, based out of Boston, MA, requiring 2 days per week in the office. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of experience in compensation or related fields. 4+ years supporting equity plan administration and executive compensation programs, including proxy and committee materials. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Preferred Skills: Collaborative team player capable of building internal and external partnerships. Organized with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Advanced Excel and modeling skills. Resourceful and critical thinker problem solver. Benefits and Compensation:

Salary range $190K - $230K, plus health, dental, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k), PTO. Total compensation varies based on experience and location. Dynatrace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
