- Providers take call and manage emergent cases only
- Average 3 calls per weekend unless change in condition of a patient
- Daily average census: 7
- Privileges: Full Privileges; Temp Privileges
- EMR: EPIC
- Types of Calls: Telephone; 30min Response
- Average Admissions While On Call: 3
Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- State License: Illinois
- DEA Required: Yes
- CSR License Required: Yes
- Will not consider IMLC
- No Malpractice or Disciplinary actions
- If accepted 24-month Case Log will need to be presented at start of credentialing process
