Job Title: Internal Medicine Hematology and Oncology (Full-Time, Permanent)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician specializing in Hematology and Oncology to join our reputable healthcare team in Seaside, Oregon. This is a full-time, permanent position dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing complex hematologic and oncologic conditions, contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust therapies as needed, and ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Participate in clinical rounds, tumor boards, and continuing education activities.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advances in hematology and oncology to incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Oregon.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing hematology and oncology cases.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
