Internal Medicine Physician

Progressive health system with an open-door culture seeks an Internal Medicine Physician in the Danville/Russellville area of Arkansas! 80 miles from Fort Smith and Little Rock

About the role:

• 42 bed hospital - no ICU in hospital, does general surgery
• no call 4.5 day work weeks - primary care / family medicine / internal medicine outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you want
• outpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day
• 1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team
• 175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefits etc

Ideal candidate: Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience
-someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term
Experienced physician needed, not new residents.
