An expanding Lexington-based medical group is seekingBoard Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Physicians to join a cohesive team of9 physicians and 9 advanced practice clinicians . This is a dynamic opportunity offering an excellent blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a collegial, quality-focused environment.

Position Highlights
  • Mix ofICU and outpatient pulmonary clinic work

  • Closed ICU with strong hospitalist and APP support

  • Shared call rotation promoting balanced scheduling

  • Performance of coreprocedures required

  • Outreach opportunities available for professional growth

Compensation & Benefits
  • Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives , including:
