Position Overview

We are currently seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. This position is ideal for individuals eager to begin their career in marketing and gain hands‑on experience supporting brand, event, and client coordination activities.

$21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing and promotional initiatives
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications
• Conduct market and competitor research to support project planning
• Help organize and execute events, meetings, and brand activities
• Maintain accurate records of marketing projects, budgets, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and materials

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
