A well-established private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join their team. Position Overview As an General Anesthesiologist, you will provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including OB, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, healthy pediatrics, and orthopedics. The role involves a mix of performing your own cases and supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans.
Supervise CRNAs, ensuring safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient records.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary : $450,000 annually.
