Description of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our Identity Management team. In this mission-critical role, you will implement and maintain robust PAM solutions to secure and automate privileged access managementacross on-premises infrastructure, SaaS, and multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our trusted systems remain protected, scalable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:

Work in an agile team setting to define requirements, plan, and deliver PAM capabilities on-time Implement and operationalize Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as enterprise vault, application secrets management, privileged session proxies, and just-in-time (JIT) access workflows Develop automation and tools for privileged access management integrations Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders Understand enterprise privileged access scenarios and develop detailed technical requirements documentation Maintain operational excellence of mission-critical systems and participate in IAM on-call rotation Identify and measure PAM metrics to demonstrate risk reduction and operational maturity What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field 2-4 years of hands‑on experience implementing and operating enterprise PAM solutions (CyberArk, or similar) Strong communication skills, a team player, and adhere to a collaborative work environment Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is preferred Ability to build and deploy automation in cloud platforms and familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Understanding of cloud IAM / PAM capabilities across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS architectures running on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms Working knowledge of PKI fundamentals, certificate lifecycle management, and secrets management best practices Experience working with fast‑paced operations/dev teams, DevOps practices are required Knowledge of information security technologies and industry best practices Working knowledge of IAM Services, LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign‑On and Federation Protocols What you’ll receive:

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 74,000 USD - 113,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
