Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a
compassionate Family Medicine Physician
to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful
Franklin, Virginia . Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate ready to start your career, you'll find a supportive environment that values teamwork, autonomy, and the joy of practicing medicine the way it's meant to be.
You’ll work alongside a highly experienced
Family Nurse Practitioner
and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.

Flexible schedule options:
Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
Manageable patient load:
Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
Light call schedule:
1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians

35 days of annual ATO , additional
8 weeks of paid parental leave also available
Hybrid care model:
Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

Southampton Memorial Hospital is the sole community provider and has a market drawing area of 44,000.
