Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud , with a strong focus on Case Management (regional or global rollouts).
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and direction to development, configuration, and QA teams.
Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents including process flows, data models, integration specifications, and solution architecture.
Ensure design integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle and guide teams to build according to architectural standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility.
Conduct reviews of configuration, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues and assist teams with solutioning challenges.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, capabilities, and best practices to improve solution quality.
Required Skills & Experience
8 10 years of total experience , with significant work in Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud , including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.
Proven experience leading regional or global Service Cloud implementations .
Prior hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations) recent coding not mandatory but strong foundation required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integration patterns, and governor limits.
Experience in designing scalable solutions involving integrations with third-party systems.
Ability to create architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant , Application Architect , System Architect , or Technical Architect are a strong plus
