Manager of Business Analytics - Hybrid (Atlanta) Oversee and manage the Key Accounts Insights Team by developing and leveraging standardized reporting, improving processes and tools, conducting ad hoc analyses, and creating compelling data-driven selling stories to support business growth within key retail partners. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners—particularly replenishment managers within key retailers and internal Sales Leadership—will be essential. In addition, this role is responsible for developing the team and advancing the function to continue driving value for the broader organization through increased efficiency and effectiveness. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role. Attention to details and dedication to getting things right Maintain high level of organization, time management and project management skills, commitment to follow through, enthusiasm, and motivation Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Business Intelligence and Analytics Oversee the development and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses that enable sales leaders to make data-driven decisions. Guide the synthesis of national and key account sales data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations. Identify opportunities and engage with relevant customer contacts to drive action, while managing ad hoc analysis requests and interactions with the Sales team. Leverage tools, systems, and processes—and integrate multiple data sources—to consolidate key information and generate actionable insights. Operate with full autonomy on complex analyses and data storytelling. Strategic Partnership Act as a key analytics partner to the VP of National and Key Account Sales, contributing to business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. Develop and implement new tools, processes, and approaches to improve current workflows within the team and across the sales organization. Source, evaluate, and implement new tools or software that deliver measurable ROI for the company. Participate in market development activities—including retailer-facing selling, street-level selling crew drives, and distributor customer meetings—to: Provide credibility when delivering insights and data as part of the selling story, Observe how tools and strategies are applied in the field, Validate the usability and effectiveness of insights in real-world selling environments, and Gather direct feedback from the sales team to inform tool enhancements and future strategies. Assist VP of Business Insights & Analytics with executive reporting and modeling. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of National Key Account Analysts. Set priorities, drive alignment, and cultivate a collaborative team culture focused on business impact and continuous improvement. Ensure consistency in deliverables and methodologies across National Key Account analytics and insights. Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate within the Business Insights & Analytics team to align data definitions, tools, and methodologies, ensuring holistic and integrated insights. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a consistent data ecosystem. Support the evolution of data literacy across the sales organization through enablement and coaching initiatives. Education/Experience Required: Undergraduate degree in business, math or analytics or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in sales, sales analytics, business intelligence or a related field in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or retail 1+ years of managing direct reports Proven success in partnering with sales leadership to drive results Strong command of data transformation and visualization tools (e.g. DOMO) and analytics platforms (e.g. SQL, excel). Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skill Excellent communication and storytelling skills –able to translate data into action. Preferred: 5-7 years relevant CPG industry experience · Experience within Beverage sales or a high-growth, data driven organization Previous experience working in a continuous improvement-oriented environment Demonstrated success navigating matrixed environments and cross-functional alignment 2+ years experience within good2grow Characteristics Needed to be Successful We are looking for someone with a passion for service.
