We are seeking a

BAS Project Manager

to join our

Controls team

at our office in

Nashville, TN . This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from award through closeout while also providing day-to-day leadership for field technicians, installers, and programmers. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), with a strong preference for those experienced in Delta Controls. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in both technical problem‑solving and people management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities for eagle Control’s BAS Project Manager

Managing all Nashville-area BAS projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.

Reviewing project scope, drawings, specifications, and estimates to ensure accurate execution.

Leading client communications, including progress meetings, status updates, and project closeout documentation.

Providing direct management, coaching, and task assignment to field technicians, installers, and programmers, ensuring accountability and performance.

Fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across field operations.

Serving as a subject matter expert for building automation systems (Delta Controls hardware/software), troubleshooting complex issues and supporting system integrations.

Overseeing commissioning, testing, and training to ensure projects meet customer satisfaction and company quality standards.

Collaborating on engineering submittals, control strategies, and graphics standards to maintain technical accuracy.

Primary Qualifications for eagle Control’s BAS Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

7+ years of experience in building automation / controls project management.

Strong preference for Delta Controls experience; knowledge of BACnet and other open protocols required.

Proven track record of leading field teams and successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

PMP certification or similar is a plus.
