Service Wire Company, a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable, is currently seeking an Order Assurance Coordinator in Culloden, WV. This role ensures Sales Orders comply with company policies while optimizing site allocation for on‑time shipping.
Position Summary The Order Assurance Coordinator ensures confirmed Sales Orders comply with company policies and procedures while optimizing site allocation to ensure on‑time shipping. This position requires extensive communication with multiple departments throughout the quote‑to‑cash cycle and demands strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for Sales and Distribution for process exceptions and corrections.
Review daily distribution orders to ensure on‑time delivery requirements are met.
Audit Sales Order for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing material for shipment.
Coordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flow.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order‑related exceptions.
Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
Maintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracy.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
Associate’s Degree in business‑related or technical field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Proficiency with company software, including QAD, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
