LPN Supervisor
to oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) and administering their medications while leading the team with skill and genuine kindness. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness. Supervise staff and oversee medication administrations, preferably within an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment. Maintain an active LPN certification and demonstrate a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents. Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus. Be caring, reliable, and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors’ orders. Excel in prioritizing, multi‑tasking, and working independently. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
