Starting Pay:

$15 - $22 based on experience

Schedule:

Must be available for full-time, in-office work (weekends included)

Preferred Bilingual:

English and Spanish

What You’ll Do:

Take applications from potential clients and guide them through our intake process

Provide excellent, compassionate customer service in both English and Spanish

Input client data into our customer management system

Help clients understand their options and find creative solutions to complex problems

Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally in stressful situations

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment

Who You Are:

A team player who can also work independently when needed

Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems quickly

Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Naturally empathetic and passionate about helping others

Eager to learn and ready to grow within the company
