Job Description Candidate will work with the commodity/category management team and other supply chain organizations to identify candidates for strategic and pricing agreements. They will align internal business requirements to achieve business/financial goals through memorandum of agreements and other contractual structures, and coordinate long‑term forecasts into schedule and/or price agreements to meet corporate affordability targets. This role enables proactive execution of purchase orders by the supply chain procurement organization.

Essential Functions

Assess internal business needs and objectives for strategic partnerships and align on commodity management strategies, including development of new technologies (e.g., IR&D).

Utilize strong business acumen to develop a strategic approach with suppliers and structure MOA/agreements that meet objectives and mitigate risks.

Work closely with Pricing, Procurement and Material Management teams to create tools to aggregate and validate future demand.

Aggregate program demands and forecasts to assist in multi‑year, long‑term schedule and price agreements and provide forecasts to suppliers on a periodic and recurring basis.

Solicit suppliers, review proposals and develop agreement structures to facilitate proactive creation/award of purchase orders.

Review and maintain agreements and renew them to avoid gaps in support for future acquisitions.

Travel up to 25% to USG/Customer locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 9 years of prior supply chain experience; OR a graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior supply chain experience; OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior supply chain experience.

Preferred Additional Skills

Security clearance preferred but not required.

Master’s degree or focus in supply chain preferred.

Dedicated experience in strategic sourcing or roles creating and implementing long‑term pricing or strategic agreements.

Strong financial analysis and business acumen, e.g., business case development.

Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task project actions.

Communication skills to lead meetings, develop presentation packages and business case analysis for review with business leaders.

Ability to align policies and procedures into standard operating procedures and implement training within the organization.

Salary Range In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $98,500 – $182,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland, Ohio, and Vermont is $86,000 – $159,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer may vary based on experience and geographic location.
