Yardi Support Administrator
to support and streamline the technology and software platforms that power our communities and corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique workflows of property management, has strong experience with Yardi, and excels at supporting on‑site teams, improving processes, and ensuring our business systems run efficiently.

Job Summary The Yardi Support Administrator ensures that our on‑site teams and corporate office have the tools, access, and systems they need to operate smoothly. This position manages key business platforms—including
Yardi ,
Microsoft 365 ,
Entra ID , and related operational tools—and plays a vital role in training, onboarding, workflow improvement, and optimizing day‑to‑day property management processes. Instead of traditional IT work, this role centers on
supporting property operations , improving efficiency across departments, and keeping our internal systems aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities Property & Corporate System Support
Manage Yardi, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other operational platforms used across the portfolio.
Set up user access, roles, security settings, and property configurations.
Ensure systems are reliable and support smooth daily operations.
Operational Support for On‑Site Teams
Serve as the primary contact for software‑ or account‑related support needs.
Troubleshoot issues that impact leasing, accounting, maintenance, reporting, and resident services.
Assist with new property transitions, data setup, and onboarding/offboarding.
Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in property management workflows and recommend system‑based improvements.
Implement automation tools that reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Audit system usage and ensure teams are following best practices.
Training & Onboarding
Maintain training materials and onboarding systems for new hires and new properties.
Provide hands‑on training for Yardi functions, corporate tools, and operational processes.
Test new features and system updates before rollouts.
Project & Vendor Coordination
Lead cross‑department initiatives involving system updates or operational improvements.
Coordinate with software vendors, manage licenses, and review tools for cost and value.
Support implementation timelines, documentation, and communication plans.
Qualifications
Strong Yardi administration experience (highly preferred).
Background in property management operations, business systems, or similar field.
3+ years of experience supporting operational or administrative systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SaaS platforms.
Strong communication, training, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in improving workflows or using automation tools is a plus.
