Position Overview Business Manager – responsible for the management of the Bergdorf Goodman business and team. The Business Manager drives performance of the counter through leading the team to deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve sales, profitability, and operational compliance targets.

Job Responsibilities

Optimize sales through effective client experience and consistent delivery of brand sales initiatives and selling techniques following Maison standards.

Responsible for sales performance and goal reviews, executing sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals.

Develop business plans in collaboration with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Regional Director.

Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events in partnership with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Training Team.

Engage and collaborate with the entire store team to identify opportunities for client outreach programs and events.

Ensure visual merchandising standards and guidelines are upheld; maintain impeccable brand image by monitoring product merchandising, staff presentation, and counter cleanliness.

Provide the team with the proper tools for daily business management, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and gifting.

Monitor business and analyze results to recognize areas of opportunity and growth, and to build CRM opportunities; communicate trends to senior management.

Maintain excellent customer relations and delight customers with outstanding service; ensure every client is entered into the CRM system.

Consistently track daily business activity: sales, samples, and stock; monitor sales diversification to improve performance of under‑performing items.

Complete weekly business recaps for Senior Regional Account Executive and Sales Director.

Develop professional expertise regarding MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency.

Utilize the MFK Backstage training app and ensure courses are completed at 100%.

Responsible and available for visual merchandising updates, pop‑up and swing space installation.

Execute and maintain operational management of the counter, including communication of out‑of‑stocks, VM repair requests, monthly team schedules, inventory management, and booster orders.

Qualifications • Prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience preferred.

• Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.

• Passionate about the MFK brand and its values, with the ability to convey this passion to the team and clients.

• Empathetic, results‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset to develop business.

• Team player, strong listener, skilled at recruiting and building high‑performing teams.

• Effective communication skills; able to network and build partnerships across all levels.

• Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem solving.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at the counter.

• Microsoft Office experience preferred. Availability must meet business needs. Limited travel as required.

• Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.

Additional Information LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide employees with market‑competitive pay while allowing flexibility to recognize and reward levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range reflects the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH reserves the right to pay outside the published range of $75,000 – $85,000.
