Summary We are looking for an experienced Account Manager -Project Coordinator to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and a good understanding of the IT services industry.
Responsibilities
Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
Identify business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Provide customized solutions based on client needs.
Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable.
Support negotiations on MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and cooperation agreements.
Manage opportunities and support invoice processes within the Salesforce system.
Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution and profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related marketing, computer science, HR, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management, or project coordination.
Experience working in a client-facing role with strong relationship-building abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Professional, responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Strong team player with solid cross-functional collaboration abilities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in resource management is preferred.
Location & Pay Range Primary location: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
