Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining quality and accuracy of inventory by tracking and identifying freight manually or with computer software, conducting audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules, inspecting freight and products for correct quantities and conditions, researching discrepancies, preparing and reviewing reports, and moving freight manually and with powered equipment. Additionally provides basic maintenance to equipment such as cleaning, inspecting, and changing labels and ribbons.
Base Pay $22.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Schedule 1700-0300 MO TU WE TH 0L (shift hours). Various schedules available; details discussed during interview.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
Maintain quality and accuracy of inventory by tracking and identifying freight manually or with computer software.
Conduct audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules.
Inspect freight and products for correct quantities and conditions.
Research discrepancies, prepare, review, and analyze reports.
Move freight manually and with powered equipment.
Perform basic maintenance on equipment, e.g., cleaning, inspecting, changing labels and ribbons.
