What Position Is in Store Next The General Manager will manage all aspects of the store operations, including but not limited to, store revenue, safety, security, customer service and state and federal compliance.

Where You’ll Be

This position is on-site with a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday

The pay range for this role is $16.41 - $20.10.

This role is eligible to receive an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

Who You Are The General Manager will have a passion for customer service, a background in lease management or a similar field and a reputation for being goal orientated. The General Manager will report directly to the Regional Director.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Ensure the store is open and closed and secured each business day.

Meet and exceed sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance protection and retail sales of other in-store products.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.

Coach and lead teammates on how to meet or exceed company KPI goals.

Train employees on safety practices and policies and enforce compliance.

Foster an environment of accountability for customer service; resolve customer concerns, work order and repair requests.

Securely manage payments and processing, handle cash and balances receipts, and deliver bank deposits accurately and timely.

Manage the security of company assets, functionality and repair of company equipment and cleanliness of company grounds.

Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.

Partner with the auction vendor and Regional Director throughout the auction process, including but not limited to handling collection calls and notices, preparing for auctions, buyer payout process and preparing the unit for new tenants.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to lift up to 30lbs

Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation used during the workday to travel to vendors and/or other worksites

If the employee owns a motor vehicle it must be insured.

Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.

Ability to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazards.

Desired Qualifications

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business management or other related fields

2-3 years of related experience in retail, real estate, rental property management, logistics and transportation, e-commerce, construction, insurance or hospitality and housekeeping

Hourly Pay Range: $16.41 - $20.10 hourly (Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program).
