Research Coordinator (Sealy Center On Aging - Galveston) The University of Texas Medical Branch

is looking for a Research Coordinator to support university, community, and research programs at the Sealy Center on Aging.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and monitoring of all research activities.

Perform data analysis and data management for manuscript and report of research findings.

Prepare report summaries, protocols, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Assist the Principal Investigator with grant proposal preparation and submission, and budget development.

Prepare IRB documents and assist with IRB stipulations to obtain final approval.

Document IRB and contract approval.

Maintain and monitor source documentation for publications and sponsor requirements.

Support research collaborators and visitors on various studies and projects.

Participate in manuscript writing and the presentation of research findings.

Attend and participate in investigator meetings and workshops.

Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; no experience required.

Salary Range Commensurate with experience: $43,120 - $53,900.

Employment Details Location: Galveston, Texas, United States. Shift: Standard Day Shift. Employment type: Full-time. Employee Status: Non-Manager.
