Job Description

Join our dynamic Investments Finance team as a Financial Analysis Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with teams across Investments, Human Resources and Corporate Treasury & Planning to deliver consistent expense and headcount reporting as well as perform variance analysis including explanations and commentary explaining results. You'll play a crucial part in the annual expense planning and forecasting process, providing invaluable support and data review. Your expertise will be essential in addressing financial and expense-related inquiries across Investments Finance

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:Assist in the management of the current year plan and craft future operating expense plans, integrating guidance from business partners. Collaborative Partnerships:Build and enhance relationships with business partners within Investments to manage expenses and generate insightful reports. Headcount Coordination:Track headcount for Investments and partner with HR to ensure accurate reporting of open roles. Trend Analysis:Monitor expenses for emerging trends, keeping leadership informed and recommending improvements. Process Optimization:Efficiently manage processes, models, and data, implementing enhancements and providing strategic recommendations. Expense Resolution:Quickly identify and resolve miscoded expenses across Investments. Cost Reduction:Innovate and implement strategies to reduce general operating expenses.

This role does not include supervisory duties.

Education And Experience

Preferred:Bachelor's Degree Preferred: 2+ years of experience Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Expense Management:Intermediate level expertise. Project Management:Solid skills to drive projects to success. Communication:Strong written and oral communication abilities. Business Acumen:Intermediate understanding with basic influencing skills. Organizational Skills:Intermediate organizational and advanced time management skills. Technical Proficiency:SAP, Business Warehouse, Travel & Expense, and Accounts Payable processing skills. Confidentiality:Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Interpersonal Skills:Capable of interacting with employees at all levels, including officers. MS Office:Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - 89,062.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
