Overview BluePearl Pet Hospital in Levittown, PA is hiring an extraordinary Overnight Veterinary Receptionist. Veterinary Client Service experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Greet and make friendly eye contact every time our hospital entry door opens to offer the individual warm and professional acknowledgement. Offer a friendly smile, strong eye contact and an approachable demeanor. Listen compassionately and speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone. Assess each client’s and pet’s needs upon arrival and determine if the status is a “stat” or a standard emergency. Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member. Confirm all appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment. Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner. Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains by ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process. Schedule and Compensation Rate: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour (dependent on experience and advancement). Shifts: 4 x 10‑hour shifts – 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Weekends required.
