We offer a supportive culture that emphasizes professional growth, safety, and excellent customer service. **Key Qualifications:** - Experience with OEM or factory training in chiller systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting chiller control panels along with mechanical and electrical chiller components. - Demonstrated ability in centrifugal chiller overhaul services. - Comprehensive knowledge of systems operations, including airside, waterside, and control systems. - Strong analytical skills in problem-solving and setting priorities in multitask environments. - Advanced skills in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical systems such as chilled water plant systems. - Advanced understanding of building automation and mechanical systems operation sequences. - Ability to operate independently and as part of a team, coordinating workflow effectively. **Physical & Environmental Requirements:** - Ability to lift and carry varying weights up to 80 pounds. - Prerequisite to work in diverse physical conditions, including extreme temperatures and on construction sites. - Need for excellent vision and hearing, with the ability to navigate construction site hazards.
