Telecommunications Technician Compensation:

Thornton, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Telecommunications Technician, where you'll support the Districts Mitel VoIP Telephone System. This hands-on role offers the chance to work in the field, engaging with various District sites. If you're passionate about voice systems and eager to contribute to a meaningful project, this is your opportunity to shine! Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP endpoints Perform basic telephone station troubleshooting Provide voicemail system support Support analog lines and related infrastructure Install and replace voice-related equipment Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure staff Maintain and repair voice systems Document and communicate with IT team Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience with enterprise VoIP systems Knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure Experience in MDF/IDF environments Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot devices Strong communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Mitel VoIP systems Field site work experience Good documentation habits Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Telecommunications Technician opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
