About the role: You will analyze data feeding into machine learning models, review production data for insights, and help improve model performance and decision-making. Youll also build visualizations to communicate findings effectively across the business. The team primarily uses

for analysis.
Responsibilities: Research, prototype, and build analysis + visualizations for Machine Learning pipelines Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks Collaborate with peers across computer vision, ML, and systems design Deliver high-quality research and analysis on time
Required Skills: Strong foundation in statistical techniques and advanced mathematics 3+ years as a data analyst/engineer/scientist working in the
Databricks ecosystem
(Azure preferred) 5+ years applying statistical techniques for experimentation, KPI measurement, and A/B testing 4+ years working with big data using
Python, PySpark, or SQL Expertise in data visualization (Python tools, Power BI, etc.) Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent experience
Nice to Have: Masters degree in a related field Experience with ML model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define KPIs in ambiguous environments
