Atmosic Technologies, San Jose, California, United States, 95199
Atmosic Technologies is seeking passionate Hardware Systems Engineers to drive the development of differentiated, ultra-low-power wireless connectivity solutions. The specific job title and responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience.
Responsibilities: Design and develop robust reference solutions leveraging Atmosic's cutting-edge low-power wireless technology. System-level optimization of all components (RF, analog, digital, and software) to achieve peak performance while minimizing power consumption. Execute detailed system-level testing and debug prototype solutions. Collaborate closely with diverse, experienced cross-functional teams (SoC, RF VLSI, Software) to deliver world-class products. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to rigorously validate chip functionality and characterize silicon performance.
Requirements: MS in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the validation and debugging of wireless SoCs. Possesses strong analytical and advanced debugging skills. Solid understanding of wireless communication and System-on-a-Chip (SoC) architectures. Proficiency with standard lab equipment, including but not limited to spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters. Competence in scripting or programming, with a preference for Python or C/C++.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of common SoC interface, bus, and wireless protocols (e.g. I2C, SPI, AHB, Bluetooth Low Energy) Familiarity with RTL design and verification Knowledge of pre-silicon validation using FPGA
