market operations , settlements, collateral, or securities lending workflows. Candidate should demonstrate
career progression/trajectory

2. Technical Skills (Nice to Have but Strongly Preferred) SQL Any coding/scripting knowledge AI/automation exposure (Not mandatory
but Scott prefers candidates who can grow into more technical areas.)
