The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Amazon Air team in Bellevue, Washington. Amazon Air is part of the Amazon Transportation Services network.
Key Responsibilities
Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
Manage multiple complex calendars.
Plan and organize events of all sizes.
Coordinate domestic and international travel.
Build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside the group.
5 days/week in-office requirements.
About the Team
Amazon Air operates a global air cargo network with a fleet of over 100 cargo aircraft serving more than 70 airports in North America, Europe, and Asia. The team is comprised of aviation and supply leaders who are committed to optimizing the Amazon Air network to drive fast, low-cost delivery for our customers.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive-level calendar management
High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor of Arts degree
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience leading process improvements
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Experience with work space planning/management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
