Job Title: Receptionist
Location (city, state): Fairfax, VA (Fully on-site)

Pay: $18 - $21 /hour (depending on experience)
About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service while performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
Provide general information to clients and visitors
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Assist other departments with clerical support when required
Follow security procedures for guests and maintain visitor logs
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of front desk experience in an office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
