Scope of Position The HR Manager plays a critical role in delivering consistent, strategic, and operational HR support across the organization. This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and execution of HR policies, programs, and procedures. The HR Manager operates at a professional level across multiple functional areas including employee/labor relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, recruiting, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to align HR initiatives with operational goals, workforce planning, and organizational development. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to manage recruitment, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational needs. Oversee onboarding & offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees. Maintain and apply HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business units. Support Employee Relations by addressing matters and providing guidance to resolve conflicts. Lead thorough and impartial internal investigations related to employee concerns, misconduct, or compliance issues. Facilitate performance management, guiding managers through review processes and coaching on feedback delivery. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and industry standards. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, OR appropriate combination of education and experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Federal & State employment laws, EEO, wage and hour laws, FMLA, and ADA. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership and good organizational & planning skills. Results‑driven with excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities. High level of confidentiality and integrity. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization. Willingness to establish a visible presence, engage with stakeholders, and hold others accountable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
