- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and coordinate logistics for executive events.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the execution of strategic projects.
- Support workflow automation efforts and leverage technology to improve processes and efficiency.
- Screen and prioritize communications, inquiries, and requests on behalf of executives.
- Organize internal and external meetings, occasionally including offsite events or client visits.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
- Proven track record of supporting leaders in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
