- Perform thorough reconciliation of bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle credit card statement reconciliation and post receipts efficiently.
- Utilize Sage 100 software to maintain and process financial data.
- Enter accurate data related to accounts payable and other financial transactions.
- Process invoices in a timely and organized manner.
- Generate financial reports to support decision-making and compliance needs.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and organized records to support financial operations.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, including bank and credit card statements.
- Strong skills in accounts payable and invoice processing.
- Familiarity with Sage 100 and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of financial data.
- Capable of generating accurate reports and maintaining organized records.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
