**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
  • Document and report any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or security-related concerns observed during patrols or while on post.
  • Work collaboratively with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, clients, and visitors at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
