FLSA Status: Part-Time hourly Position Summary: ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an hourly Production Coordinator. ASM Richmond manages the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center. The Production Coordinator will assist the Production Managers in facilitating and overseeing select production-related activities. This position is part-time, on an as-needed basis, up to 20 hours per week. Major Responsibilities:

ASM Richmond manages the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center. The Production Coordinator will assist the Production Managers in facilitating and overseeing select production-related activities. This position is part-time, on an as-needed basis, up to 20 hours per week. Major Responsibilities:
- Assist Production representative for events as assigned by the Production Managers.
- Provide supplemental oversite and management for various events, projects, and installations at Dominion Energy Center part of the Event Production team.
- Assist with engaging clients and constituents in the production process, providing excellent client service throughout.
- Organize and maintain inventory of Production related spaces, as time allows.
- Act as liaison between ASM stage crew and various clients.
- Act as liaison between ASM and building tenants.
- Ensure that all production-related spaces adhere to all ASM Global and OSHA safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by Production Managers.
- Knowledge of event management preferred.
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Experience working in theatrical venues.
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of stage terminology.
- Must possess basic theatrical technical knowledge.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
- Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
- Theatre experience in sound, lighting, or management is a plus.
