Develop innovative sourcing strategies, external talent pipelines, and market intelligence to drive growth and innovation. Serve as the enterprise expert on executive search processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Leads executive recruiting strategy and partners with senior leadership and HR to deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience.* Builds consultative relationships with business and HR leaders to align leadership talent strategies with organizational goals.* Provides direction and development to the executive recruiting team to drive high performance and accountability.* Conducts ongoing market and competitive research to inform innovative and data-driven executive recruiting strategies.* Guides sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture diverse external leadership talent pipelines.* Owns executive recruiting processes and ensures consistency, efficiency, and compliance with all policies and regulations.* Manages relationships with external search partners to ensure alignment with internal hiring goals and standards.* Oversees executive offer development and negotiations to ensure competitive, equitable, and market-aligned compensation packages.**Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.* Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
