Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with leaders across the company to bring in the talent that will drive AKASAs next chapter of growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, dive deep into complex domains, source the right profiles, nurture the candidate experience, and persuasively sell candidates on AKASAs mission. Manage the full lifecycle of searches, from kickoff and sourcing through close, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Partner with leaders to understand priorities, quickly ramp on new domains, and turn complexity into clear hiring strategies. Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple mediums including LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceboxAI. Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, strong ATS hygiene, and strong execution of all SLAs. Strategically partner with hiring managers, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to drive exceptional hiring outcomes. Proactively engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, building inclusive and representative teams. 5+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years inhouse (technical role experience a plus). ~ Demonstrable success at an earlystage tech company competing for and winning toptier talent. ~ Proven track record of attracting passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline. ~ Strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation. ~ Ultimate team player we have a lean team and we have each others backs, always raising a helping hand to drive great outcomes. ~ Robust ATS experience. Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $120,000160,000 + Equity.
