**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site policies.
  • Assist with emergency response activities and follow site-specific procedures during drills and actual emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
