**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility and surrounding perimeter.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
  • Remain alert and attentive while on duty to help to deter potential risks and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
