First Hawaiian Bank . We are currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven Customer Service Representative I to join our Maite Branch. In this role, you will provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch, promoting the Bank’s products and services including informing customers of benefits and features, acting as an initial contact for referral to personal bankers and specialized areas such as consumer and commercial loans and credit cards, while always projecting a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank. Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (hours may vary). The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Associate's degree in business and/or equivalent work skills required. Upon acceptance into the position, mandatory completion of FHB CSR School. Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution (e.g., within FHB, minimum two years teller/clerk teller experience) or two years in a retail sales environment selling products and services. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required to perform sales presentations to individuals and groups. Ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information. PC skills in word processing. Must be able to type 35 wpm. Benefits
