As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful development and launch of innovative products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You will lead cross‑functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive positioning. Your role involves deep market analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to deliver products that create value and drive growth. Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and with a clear competitive advantage in the marketplace. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in product management with a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product marketing principles. Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps and strategic plans. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience working in a technology‑driven or innovation‑focused environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools. Background in competitive market analysis and customer segmentation. Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM). Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with company strategy and market needs. Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful market introduction and adoption. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and identify innovation opportunities. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, release, and post‑launch performance evaluation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product plans. Skills
