Job Responsibilities:

Define the technical roadmap for the conversational AI platform, ensuring a balance between innovation and reliability

Conduct market analysis to inform product direction and competitive positioning

Collaborate with engineering teams to make critical architectural decisions impacting product performance

Lead customer technical evaluations and transform use cases into detailed specifications

Analyze performance data and customer feedback for continuous product improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

3‑5 years of experience in product management for complex B2B software

Hands‑on experience with AI-powered products, including model training and deployment

Proven ability to write technical specifications and manage API roadmaps

Understanding of microservices and cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agentic AI systems that maintain context and manage complex workflows

Background in conversational AI, chatbots, or dialogue systems

Deep knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations and contact center technologies

Experience leading technical product decisions in multi‑team environments

Familiarity with telephony systems and contact center infrastructure
