Product Manager
This is a remote opportunity. This role pays $110,000-$120,000 annually.

Position Summary The Product Manager drives the
strategic vision, long‑term roadmap, and market positioning
for one or more Navia product lines. This role blends market insight, client needs, competitive intelligence, and business goals to define “what” we build and “why” we build it.
The Product Manager is the
expert on the product , responsible for aligning product strategy with company outcomes, customer value, and the evolving benefits and regulatory landscape. Working closely with Engineering, Product Owners, Executive Leadership, and cross‑functional teams, the Product Manager ensures Navia delivers high‑impact products that maximize value, reduce risk, and support operational efficiency.
In addition to owning individual product strategies, this role ensures portfolio‑level alignment, balancing trade‑offs and optimizing outcomes across multiple products.
Essential Functions
Own and harmonize strategy across multiple products, balancing priorities and investments to maximize portfolio value and strategic impact.
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and release cycles to ensure synchronized execution of product initiatives.
For each product, develop, maintain, and communicate the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Analyze market trends, client needs, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements to inform product direction.
Define business cases for product investment; manage budget and investment decisions across products to maximize portfolio value.
Prioritize features and initiatives across short‑, mid‑, and long‑term horizons.
Provide strategic guidance to Product Owners to ensure backlog execution aligns with product goals.
Drive alignment between executive priorities, product strategies, and delivery teams across the organization through cross‑functional collaboration.
Make data‑informed decisions using financial analysis, performance metrics, and customer insights.
Serve as the expert on the product’s lifecycle, positioning, and long‑term evolution.
Communicate product strategy, prioritization decisions, and trade‑offs clearly across executive, business, and delivery stakeholders.
Represent the customer perspective and ensure product decisions deliver measurable value.
Lead strategic discussions, influence through relationship management, and drive alignment across teams.
Proactively manage cross‑product dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery and minimize impact.
Define and track success metrics across products to measure business impact and inform strategic decisions.
Lead strategic planning and coordination across multiple teams to ensure synchronized delivery of product initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of product management or related strategic product leadership experience.
Experience in benefits administration, healthcare, compliance‑heavy industries, or TPA environments strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
Strong understanding of financial drivers impacting product value, business growth, and cost/benefit modeling.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations (SOX, PII/PHI, ERISA, IRS, HIPAA).
Understanding of design thinking, product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data structures, system behavior, and product architecture at a conceptual level.
Ability to utilize data, insights, and evidence to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
