We are currently seeking a
Program Manager
to support our DoD customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide overall program leadership and accountability—serving as the primary Government liaison and overseeing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk management, compliance, and end-to-end execution of all PWS requirements.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team, ensuring effective integration across functional areas and consistent alignment to program objectives.
Oversee the technical execution of sustainment, O&M engineering, modernization, cybersecurity compliance and support, continuous monitoring, and Tier II/III operations, while leading and integrating multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, accredited, and mission-ready sensing services across all supported sensor platforms.
Oversee implementation and integration of cybersecurity and network-centric technologies—such as intrusion detection, packet capture, compliance scanning, RMF/ATO processes, STIGs, and vulnerability management—across on-prem, cloud, and virtualized environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience leading large, technical sustainment or modernization programs within the DoD.
Active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree; technical field preferred.
PMP or equivalent program management certification.
Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity and network-centric technologies—such as intrusion detection, packet capture, compliance scanning, RMF/ATO processes, STIGs, and vulnerability management—across on-prem, cloud, and virtualized environments.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams (engineering, systems, cybersecurity, and Tier II/III operations), with a solid understanding of sustainment, lifecycle management, and configuration/change management best practices.
Ability to oversee compliance-driven technical processes, including continuous monitoring, ACAS scanning, IA findings remediation, security documentation, and coordination of RMF artifacts.
Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, resource allocation, and training for cleared personnel in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience managing complex technical programs within the DoD.
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, sensor sustainment, and cybersecurity operations.
Experience balancing long-term sustainment with modernization initiatives (e.g., automation, dashboards, analytics).
Background in contract management, compliance, and reporting in a DoD environment.
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $165,000-175,000/year (flexible based on experience)
