Nurse Supervisor RN) Full Time Nights - $20K Sign On Bonus
Position: Nurse Supervisor / Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Schedule: Full‑time Night Shift (7:00 pm‑7:30 am; 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends)
Compensation: $104K to $128K
Sign‑on bonus: $20,000

is a critical‑illness recovery hospital committed to providing world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronically & critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Nurses support compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained.
Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
Work cooperatively as an interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient‑specific & facility‑wide needs and improve operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS and ACLS certifications at hire
Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience.
Prior clinical management experience.
BSN degree.
