AI Transformation Lead
The AI Transformation Lead serves as a catalyst for innovation across RJW, identifying and championing opportunities to apply AI and automation that enhance efficiency, quality, and business value. This role combines strategic analysis, relationship building, and change management to drive adoption of IT solutions throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator and trusted partner who can bridge the gap between business teams and IT, helping departments understand, embrace, and execute AI-driven transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders across Operations, IT, and Support functions to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer value
Lead discovery sessions and workshops to surface pain points, understand processes, and translate challenges into actionable AI use cases
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business strategy and data governance standards
Drive adoption of AI tools and process changes through effective communication, training, and hands‑on support
Act as a change agent, promoting awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm for IT initiatives across the organization
Develop and maintain clear documentation of business requirements, solution design, and process impacts to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
Monitor progress and measure success of IT initiatives using adoption, ROI, and efficiency metrics; report results and lessons learned to leadership
Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable business outcomes

Comfortable facilitating workshops, leading cross‑functional teams, and driving consensus in environments with competing priorities
Demonstrated success leading organizational change, technology adoption, or continuous improvement program
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with a bias toward practical solutions and measurable results
Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Growth mindset and passion for learning emerging technologies, especially in AI, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles; experience in technology enablement or AI initiatives strongly preferred
Experience leading digital or process transformation programs, particularly those requiring cross‑departmental collaboration and change adoption
Familiarity with AI, automation, or data‑driven technologies (ex. Power Automate, Azure AI, ChatGPT, Blue Prism, etc.) is a strong plus — technical depth not required but curiosity is essential
Background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred
Experience with process mapping and visualization tools (ex. Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing short‑term execution with long‑term strategic goals

The AI Transformation Leader will work across departments, balancing strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day collaboration and problem‑solving. The environment requires adaptability, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills to drive engagement in a setting where priorities can shift quickly.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be exposed to warehouse environments and operational settings. The noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud depending on location and activity.
