Job Description: Client Recruitment Coordinator Location - Onsite at Dallas, TX, 75201

Pay - $30-$33.35/hr on W2

Duration - 12 months contract to hire

Overview The Client Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role within the Engineering division, supporting a high-volume recruiting pipeline and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to build experience in Human Resources or the financial/technical services environment. Recruitment Coordinators manage numerous candidates weekly, oversee interviewer schedules, coordinate interviews, and maintain smooth communication across all stages of the hiring process. This role requires exceptional organization, efficiency, and professionalism.

Teams work with cutting-edge systems and technologies that drive core business operations, enable real-time decision-making, and process massive datasets. How You Will Contribute

Proactively and efficiently engage with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders.

Communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and professionally throughout the coordination process.

Review incoming resumes and direct them to the appropriate hiring managers.

Track candidate progress and manage outstanding tasks with strong attention to detail.

Follow established processes and standard operating procedures.

Learn and adapt quickly to various aspects of the business.

Multitask effectively while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews end-to-end for a wide range of roles.

Maintain strong, professional communication with candidates and internal partners.

Produce accurate reports and keep scheduling data up to date.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline hiring workflows.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office programs.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience in HR, employee relations, recruiting coordination, or similar roles.

Experience with high-volume or specialized engineering recruiting.

Familiarity with HR systems and processes.

Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment coordination or a related coordination role.

Leadership experience or involvement in co-curricular/interdepartmental activities.
