Position Summary
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
Understand, enforce, and uphold all Firehouse Subs® policies and procedures.
Ensure profitability of the business by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines.
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® “culture,” mission, and vision statements.
Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and completed on schedule.
Actively participate in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
Represent Firehouse Subs® professionally and positively at all times.
Communicate effectively to the GM/Owner any issues that may impact the business.
Work on feet for up to 13 hours at a time; lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
Compensation $9–$11 per hour, depending on experience.
