This role drives high‑impact special projects across Salesforce and our connected systems—accelerating delivery speed, improving automation, and enabling teams to execute with greater consistency and quality. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, solution design, and hands‑on development. Your work will transform strategic concepts into tangible tools, workflows, and accelerators that streamline how we sell, fulfill, and support our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of high‑value projects that remove friction, automate manual processes, and enhance delivery velocity across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and NetSuite.

Rapidly prototype tools, workflows, and automations using modern Salesforce capabilities (Flows, LWC, Apex, Agentforce, Platform Events).

Pilot new Salesforce innovations (e.g., Agentforce, Revenue Cloud Advanced) and transition successful pilots into production‑ready solutions.

Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement automation, process improvements, or reusable assets to reduce cycle times.

Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and technical accelerators that enable faster development across Enterprise Systems.

Partner with Business Transformation, Enterprise Systems, and Data Solutions teams to align innovations with business goals, data standards, and architectural integrity.

Translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions that can be iterated quickly and scaled effectively.

Review architecture proposals from vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and Salesforce best practices.

Ensure pilots and accelerators integrate smoothly across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected platforms.

Develop and deploy end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

Design and validate integrations with MuleSoft or comparable tools to streamline cross‑system workflows.

Enable analytics by ensuring data structures, syncs, and integrations are efficient and reliable.

Contribute to the Enterprise Systems innovation roadmap in partnership with IT and business leaders.

Represent Enterprise Systems in cross‑functional forums, steering committees, or architecture councils.

Evaluate Salesforce triannual releases and emerging capabilities to recommend features that reduce technical debt or accelerate value.

Continuously assess new Salesforce products, AI features, and platform enhancements for strategic fit and future adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.

10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in architecture, solution design, or equivalent technical leadership roles.

Expertise designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ).

Strong experience with integration design and API‑led connectivity using MuleSoft or similar middleware.

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP workflows (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Fulfillment) and cross‑system data flows.

Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, iterate effectively, and deliver production‑ready solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

4–8 Salesforce certifications, preferably including Application Architect or related credentials (Platform Developer I, App Builder, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect).

Proficiency in agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

Strong communication, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Ability to travel up to 20%.
